The Venice City Pass 72h is designed for travellers spending 2 or 3 days in Venice who want to organise transport and major attractions in one booking. It includes 72 hours of ACTV public transport by vaporetto, Doge’s Palace, 11 Venice museums and La Fenice Theatre.
The refund policies for products sold on the platform vary and are specified on each product’s page. Products sold by the organizer Vela Spa do not allow for refunds. However, for special cases, we recommend contacting customer support. For the City of Venice Access Contribution (CDA), a refund can be requested if the request is made by midnight the day before the usage date.
